We are Preparing to Sail!

For the season of Lent we will embark upon a small group study series that everyone in our churches needs to be a part of! 

Beginning March 9, we will journey through the 9 Ships of Thriving Congregations and need facilitators from our churches to lead groups of 5-7 persons through this weekly journey together.

Fear not, on Saturday, February 12, we will have a training from the Chaney Coaching Group for leaders to learn the process and what is expected of group leaders through the season.

The Chaney Coaching Group‘s Preparing to Sail Church Health Assessment is taken by churches of any size. Individual participants’ responses remain anonymous, but are compiled to evaluate a congregation’s strength level related to each of the 9 health markers of a church in the process of ReMissioning: Relationship, Membership, Leadership, Worship, Discipleship, Stewardship, Partnership, Mentorship, Partnership
