Father’s Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds, and the influence of fathers in society. In Catholic Europe, it has been celebrated since the Middle Ages. This celebration was brought by the Spanish and Portuguese to Latin America. For this annual celebration, many countries in Europe and the Americas have adopted the U.S. date, which is the third Sunday of June. Invite your father, brothers, uncles and significant men in your life to online worship at 10:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 20.
As our community’s safety is still at risk due to Covid-19, events will continue online until further notice.
